      Pros

      Company is like a small business I worked at the corporate office and the President, VP, and Management was great very open spoke and new all the employees in the building it was like my second family.

      Cons

      You have cover someone desk and make money for a co-worker while their on a paid vacation and you possibly make no income because you are to busy trying to take of their desk.

      Excellent Culture and a place that makes you feel truly cared for as an employee. The job can be stressful at times but it is rewarding and constantly presents new challenges.

      Can be fast paced and the learning curve can feel steep on larger projects

      Pros

      They were so kind and trained me well. Treated me like family. I only left because I had just given birth and did not have child care

      Cons

      The only con was I started during covid, so training was a bit harder, but I caught on fast.
