Pros

Good pay. My immediate team is great to work with — welcoming, supportive, and open to new ideas. WFH opportunities.

Cons

The company in large is 5~10 yrs behind Silicon Valley in a lot of respects. From the office spaces (they are just now moving to an open workspace) to their IT dept (their firewall is awful and I'm getting spam in my inbox — I haven't gotten spam in a corporate account since 2010). The biggest con, however, is that they only offer PPO healthcare. In general, the benefits are not great — they sound good until you try to use them. But the healthcare options are awful unless you are perfectly healthy. I'm warning anyone who has a disability or chronic condition that requires visits to a specialist or specialty medication — you will more than likely have to buy your own health insurance.

Pros

Excellent Culture and a place that makes you feel truly cared for as an employee. The job can be stressful at times but it is rewarding and constantly presents new challenges.

Cons

Can be fast paced and the learning curve can feel steep on larger projects

Pros

They were so kind and trained me well. Treated me like family. I only left because I had just given birth and did not have child care

Cons

The only con was I started during covid, so training was a bit harder, but I caught on fast.
