      McGrath is a really great team environment and the people are easy to work with. I've never been somewhere where the culture of supporting one another and working together toward a common goal is so ubiquitous.

      Pros

      Excellent Culture and a place that makes you feel truly cared for as an employee. The job can be stressful at times but it is rewarding and constantly presents new challenges.

      Can be fast paced and the learning curve can feel steep on larger projects

      Pros

      They were so kind and trained me well. Treated me like family. I only left because I had just given birth and did not have child care

      Cons

      The only con was I started during covid, so training was a bit harder, but I caught on fast.
