Pros
*Decent work life balance if you have a staffed up market *Lots of comradery between management individuals *Pay is reasonable but not amazing for amount of time spent *Good support for training and push to move up but only if you are willing to move around.
Cons
*Growth opportunities will require moving to new areas *Smaller markets often get overlooked leaving management to have to plug gaps on their own at a local level. *Pay isn't terrible but could definitely be better.
