      Pros

      A close knit team of a handful of people who handle all the accounts hence a very steep learning curve. Gives an exposure to all the aspects of Digital Media. You can choose your specialization and create your own path. Great place to work if you are starting your career. Very challenging.

      Salary is not very good.

      Young, fun, and talented group. There is a lot of opportunity for growth. The company is flexible and open to ideas from all.

      Cons

      As with all agencies, hours can be long. Starting out, salaries are general on the low end, but if you prove yourself you will be rewarded.
