Pros
Stable They will hire anybody with any background Various benefits (hospital insurance, free fruit and drinks) Carpooling vehicle offered when paired with 2 other coworkers
Cons
Prison like system for production workers They take advantage of immigrants (that being the majority of their entry-level workforce) since they are more often than not without options in the working field. They will try to squeeze every second of time you spend there out of you Senior operators and above are instructed to eavesdrop on conversations and watch people from where they cannot be seen. Any sort of interaction with other people during working hours is noted and will be used against you. Treated like a dog on a leash. You are given "treats" for telling on other people's behaviour. You are reprimanded for the absolute slightest deviation (ex: leaving 10 seconds early for your break). Absolutely no understanding of human nature by not allowing any sort of comfort (no sitting, no talking, no music - with the exception of the radio which is barely noticeable over the deafening sound of the machines). Even if you do your job over their expectations, not asking "how high?" when they ask you to jump will get you fired. They will work a person until they either break mentally and listen to every command without hesitation or until they get close to the 1 year mark and they refuse to extend your contract. No long-term prospects for anyone that has any self-respect
