Pros
Pay is top of the industry, technology and rules are also very high quality. compensation package is also very generous especially the pension plan.
Cons
Very strong focus on cross selling and meeting your monthly goals, but that is to be expected. Compay is huge stickler for rules, be very mindful if you are going to be late and do expect it to show up on permanent record.
