      Everything - Have to travel huge distances for work - Management gaslight you if something goes wrong - Delayed wages and failure to reimburse expenses

      Gratifying and worthwhile. Felt like part of the team. Was included in all parts of company. Regular reviews helped me develop.

      Cons

      Very rigid regarding hours and time off.
