      Friendly co-workers, not a hard job, flexible hours

      Cons

      The owners spy on you with the spy cameras 24/7 and call people to criticize them for the smallest things, but then they will write people up for what they see on the cameras based on assumption without consulting the workers first. It's like they're trying to make life hell for the workers so they quit.
