Good work culture - Events Merchant Risk Council Employee Review

I have been working at the Merchant Risk Council (MRC) for over a year now. I enjoy working with the MRC team as well as the work that I get to do on a day-to-day basis. MRC management provides a great environment to use my current skills, and they also give me the opportunity to learn new skills that will help the organization. The benefits are also a plus, with vacation and sick time being very generous.

It is a fully remote environment which isn’t for everyone, but management has helped to offset that by bringing the team together at a yearly offsite and allowing work at co-work spaces.

Working with a small team with semi frequent turnover meant others would have to pick up slack without a timeframe for new hires or additional compensation
