      Lots of PTO, almost every major holiday off, free rent of your position is for live on site

      Cons

      upper management is too busy to help individual properties, property management is never around or has vacant positions for extended periods of time, employees of every level are constantly expected to perform well beyond and outside of their job titles. very understaffed as a whole.

      The pto was great and bonuses from time to time.getting off early on fridays

      Cons

      The maintenance guys get treated horribly and you'd be lucky to see the property managers available at any given time. No appreciation, and lots of drama that was very draining. Hard to get anything done when you're always dealing with drama. The workload is stressful and an opportunity for someone young who wants to learn.
