Pros
Low stress environment, management team is great to work for (If you do your job, aren't late very often and are there every day. Go figure). Paid sick leave/ vacation, 10 paid holidays, 401 K, profit sharing, low cost family medical and dental, vision program, competitive pay.
Cons
Pay scale seems to be somewhat screwy in regard to seniority and skill set. Raises (other than cost of living) tend to be hard to come by.
