Pros

The people are great, culture is good, office kitchen

Cons

Your mobile phone contract lasts longer than the people here, after an acquisition and after people cashed up there were no rewards for the long standing, hard working employees. Product has not improved in years, full blown product team that have absolutely no idea, no customer research and not attentive to the current market changes. This company will burn out by end of 2023 due to lack of technological advancements. Look at competitor Whispir who clearly have their heads aligned.

Flexible with time, deadlines, etc..Great culture and teammates who advocate for work-life balance. Opportunity and support for growth.

Cons

Both a con and pro: working from home = dealing with different timezones

Pros

-Management has good judgement in who should be customer facing, and who should work behind the scenes, especially when certain employees beg to change positions and their demeanors and personalities are clearly poor fits for the position they are asking to change to. -Inside Sales team changed for the best. Changes were made in 2/19 and the environment is way more positive as a result with toxicity & naysayer attitude gone. -Solid leadership. -A lot of talented people work here. -Profitable

Cons

-Miscommunication within different departments -More processes need to be implemented -A lot of turnover -Certain individuals are bitter and toxic, yet stay longer than they should at the company. - "Employee of the Month" awards are somewhat wrongly appointed.
