Normal hours Nice office and location There’s budget for equipment and tools.

I’ve never seen an organisation that is so fixated with pleasing internal stakeholders and putting on a show. They loose sight of their actual goals and focus. Instead, the focus is on how other internal teams perceive your team. It’s pretty much a popularity contest, how loud you are, how much you tell everyone that you’re “busy” (I.e. oh-so-important). Contrary to the so called values of external customer focus, the company does not focus on providing value to customers, but rather how much money they can get away with continuously charging unaware customers who have not used their services for years.

- Startup mentality - Hard working employees

You’d think this company would be in its infancy based on all of the challenges and issues it has- NOT a company that has been around for 20 years. - Lack of communication and clarity from management and across departments - Inconsistent product - Unrealistic expectations - Paying employees late and sometimes not the correct amount that was due - High turnover rate

Colleagues dating each other which created a hostile work environment for others who are actually trying to succeed. Colleagues coming in and out whenever they please and are never held accountable for actions or reprimanded. Favoritism is in full force here if someone else can substantiate your position at the company then your job is secure. If you have blonde hair and blue eyes then guess what you will get paid top dollar and can date your colleague all at once.
