      Pros

      Amazing mission, supportive supervisors, open door policy, flexible hours, room for growth, yearly evaluations help me know where I stand and what I need to work on

      Cons

      Location, yearly raises could be larger, worry of long term stability of organization, communication has gotten better from upper manangement but I think there could be improvement.

      Good workplace culture. They show their appreciation for their staff. They are flexible which is great if you have kids.

      Cons

      As with any nonprofit, the turn over in certain areas can make more work for others.
