Sinking ship with disrespectful managers

Some amazing coworkers who truly live values. Family centered gender responsive treatment model provides exceptional care.
Cons
Managers are all white people who make a lot more money than most staff and they don't listen to staff on the front lines. When you try to speak up they shut you down because they don't see you as a professional. People in recovery give their lives to Meta House and get nothing but disrespect from the top. What was a long time community asset is now a sinking ship because CEO has poured money into expensive private pay off-shoot w/o doing any research so it sat empty for a year. Huge deviation from our mission to help all women recover (aka women who can't afford treatment). People in recovery aren't treated like professionals and our professional skills are disrespected/ignored. There no professional development opportunities.
