Pros
-Leadership pushes you so you will learn your limits -Fun office with VR and snacks -Impressive clientele
Cons
-Unstable business model -Leadership seems unstable as well -It doesn't feel good working in an office where people get fired regularly or are "encouraged" to leave -Manager was not mentoring, helpful, or showed any care about my career growth. Managers only seemed to care about making Executives/clients happy- not about what's best for their teams or the work the team was producing -Manager made inappropriate comments to me a few times, didn't feel like I was in an environment where I could report it without repercussions or without HR just taking the manager's side as managers/leadership are all very tightly knit
