Pros
Method is an excellent place to work. Here are some of the benefits that you can expect, just to name a few: occasional free lunches, management genuinely cares about their employees, Nerf gun battles, laid back culture, free snacks and drinks, and the best group of coworkers you could hope to have. It is a small company at the moment (around 20 employees) so you get the chance to know everyone, and fortunately pretty much everyone gets along reallynwell. I don't feel like there is anyone there that I can't go to lunch with without wanting to strangle myself. Management is full of extremely smart and talented people who are ready and willing to provide help when you need it. As an admin, I constantly ask them technical questions so that I can learn, and not once have they been unwilling to go out of their way to help me, even though I'm not in a technical role. Also, they give a good mount of autonomy to each employee so you don't feel like you constantly have someone breathing down your neck. In addition, management consistently provides positive and negative feedback on work done so that we can be recognized for when we succeed and know what to work on when we fail. There is plenty of room for advancement if you put the work in and have enough ambition. You won't be spoon-fed here.
Cons
As this company is still growing, it is still experiencing some growing pains. Some workflows are constantly changing to see what works best, and as a result, they get confusing and sometimes work gets overlooked or stuck in limbo until someone stumbles upon it. There is no real disciplinary or corrective action taken, so there is no real sense of accountability among the employees. This not only allows employees to keep making mistakes with clients, but it gives some people the opportunity to try and push responsibility for tasks onto other people's plates. Sometimes the workload can feel overwhelming, but lately they have been getting better at keeping it in check and not overloading their employees. However, there are definitely times when you need to be good at handling stressful situations.
