Pros
I started at Miceli right out of college almost 5 years ago now and have had great success to this point. The staff and management team couldn't be more supportive and helpful. The initial training program gave me the basics of investments and insurance while working with more experienced advisors really helped me bring on clients and develop my practice.
The freedom and flexibility to run my own practice along with my personal life from this career choice is unmatched by any of my peers. The open architecture to build my practice how I want and financial solutions for my clients that are top notch are what make it such a great firm. Not to mention the other advisors in the office all get along very well and the comped rewards trips are unreal!
The fellow advisors and staff are much more than colleagues, as I have developed some life-long friendships here.
Cons
This is a very challenging, entrepreneurial business opportunity that is not for the faint of heart. Not going to lie, it is very tough in the beginning and you must have the foresight to look into the future and weather the short-term storms. If you can do that, your income will soar past your peers.
