Pros
This is a company that for a long time relied on it´s employees to spend their entire career working for them. Hence, they are very good at career planning and training and development.
Cons
Things do not always move very quickly in this traditional atmosphere, and since most management and senior management have limited experience from other corporations that tend to get a little too stuck in traditional patterns.
