      Had a very good experience.

      Cons

      Nothing you wouldn't expect from being in industrial maintenance; no one likes getting woken up at 3 am, making scrap is the devil, everything is a fire (in some places, not all).

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
