      Pros

      Some smart people working at MSI. They have good intentions and are friendly.

      Cons

      Sales team must send emails daily about their meetings. Remote work has to be approved by a manager. If you work remotely and you did not obtain prior approval, you are charged a PTO day. Ask about this if you consider a position. It wasn’t told to me until after I was hired. Many internal meetings that cut your selling time. CEO surrounded by people who agree. Culture is quiet. People are reserved and not likely to speak up. Too much internal dating between VPs and employees. Concerns of nepotism are everywhere. Be careful if you have a complaint. There is favoritism.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers and a collaborative work environment. Employees have opportunities to learn new skills and work with experienced professionals. Leadership is accessible, and the company provides exposure to a variety of projects and technologies.

      Cons

      promotion do not arise frequently. However, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, gain experience, and expand your skill set.

      Pros

      This is the greatest company! You get to constantly learn new systems, concepts and values. There is always new areas to learn about and expand your skills.

      Cons

      Owner operator business of 42 years with 150+ employees, while that is great, new job advancement opportunities don't come around every day, but if you are bold in learning new technologies you can move rapidly.
