Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects across different domains, which has really pushed me out of my comfort zone. The trust and autonomy here are real — if you show initiative, you're given space to lead, experiment, and make decisions. One thing I really value is the team culture — we’re all in the trenches together, and there’s a genuine willingness to support each other when things get hectic. Communication can improve (and sometimes gets lost in the shuffle), but there’s always someone to reach out to when needed. Overall, Microagility isn’t a place where you can sit back and wait for instructions. It demands a lot, but it also gives a lot back in terms of growth, exposure, and the chance to make a real impact. If you’re adaptable, resilient, and not afraid to figure things out as you go — you’ll find your place here.

Cons

It’s not always smooth sailing. The pace is intense, and at times, the structure can feel a bit loose. Processes aren’t always clearly defined, which can be frustrating when trying to meet tight deadlines or align cross-functional teams. But on the flip side, that also means there’s room to shape things and introduce better systems — and leadership does listen when you speak up.

Pros

I have been with MicroAgility team for more than 10 Years now. What is keeping me for such long is only the culture that favors growth. There is no limitation. I work closely with clients and help establish best teams for their projects. My success is attributed with client success. This simple transparent model is ideal. Fast paced work environment. Teams are aligned with clients requirements and orient their schedules accordingly. It's always challenging and pushing you to go extra mile. If you start enjoying it, that's where your growth starts. Leadership is truly helpful and creates a bond with you. Relationship that matter and you feel sense of belongingness.

Cons

I have to think really hard for this. There is no specific factor that comes to mind. Opportunities to learn from global teams by personally being with them on short training courses would be great. Who doesn't love to travel? though it's not a con but may be a good add-on one could say.

Pros

I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the MicroAgility APAC team, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s a small firm and coming from a big corporate culture I have witnessed that by right backing of people it’s a very thriving culture. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a diverse community of colleagues who are not only talented but also deeply invested in each other’s success. I want to put heart out because the tagline was very catchy “People-first approach” Initially I thought of it more of a marketing gimmick but felt a genuine commitment to employee growth and client success. Couple of best points are: They follow leadership’s open-door policy and their willingness to mentor and guide. Very diverse leadership team MicroAgility has and they lead by example. Flexible work arrangements and a culture that prioritizes employee well-being make it easy to maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Cons

Few down points that I believe: Internal communication needs to be more streamlined. At times, getting approvals or responses can take longer than expected, which can slow down project momentum. Additionally, expanding opportunities for cross-departmental training and knowledge sharing could further enhance employee growth and innovation.
