Open culture. Test new ideas and implement associating higher sense of achievement. Always finding best ways to exceed client's expectation. Very focussed on employee's training and development.
At the end of the day, the best part of MicroAgility are the people. Sajid the CEO, has a great amount of respect for all employees from top to bottom. And always make time to listen to you when you have a concern. Much Respect.
After 5 years it was time for me to part ways with MicroAgility after having to relocate countries due to personal reasons. But would definitely join the team again if the opportunity permits itself.
Also working at a firm in Princeton is a huge plus, instead of commuting into the city every day. Wonderful area.
Cons
Would love to see more activities with teams across countries post-pandemic. The team would definitely benefit for getting to know each other even better!
I have been with MicroAgility team for more than 10 Years now. What is keeping me for such long is only the culture that favors growth. There is no limitation. I work closely with clients and help establish best teams for their projects. My success is attributed with client success. This simple transparent model is ideal.
Fast paced work environment. Teams are aligned with clients requirements and orient their schedules accordingly. It's always challenging and pushing you to go extra mile. If you start enjoying it, that's where your growth starts.
Leadership is truly helpful and creates a bond with you. Relationship that matter and you feel sense of belongingness.
Cons
I have to think really hard for this. There is no specific factor that comes to mind. Opportunities to learn from global teams by personally being with them on short training courses would be great. Who doesn't love to travel? though it's not a con but may be a good add-on one could say.
