- "The reward and adjustment this year 2025 is modest in view of the fact that the company is still in a recovery mode" - taken from an email from management, so don’t expect big bonuses. - No more hybrid work option - As usual, upper management is out of touch—setting unrealistic goals and SLAs just to please the client.
