      - Good work-life balance (depending on the teams] - Good benefit: Medical claim include dental and optical plus hospitalization insurance. Annual leave up 20 days, other claims for parking and gym - Training opportunities provided by the company - Hybrid working arrangement - No micromanaging (depending on team) - Bosses are helpful and friendly, even for C level.

      - Opportunities to improve overall team accountability and ownership. - Greater recognition and differentiation for high-performing employees. - Bonus and increment could better reflect individual contributions.

      Pros

      - The work culture here really depends on the project team. Luckily, I got a cool team lead and manager, so the job feels enjoyable and the teamwork is great. - Supportive colleagues - The benefits are well-rounded, including medical coverage up to RM3,000, fitness and office parking claims, and 20 days of annual leave. - Got company events and makan2 for festivals.

      Cons

      - "The reward and adjustment this year 2025 is modest in view of the fact that the company is still in a recovery mode" - taken from an email from management, so don’t expect big bonuses. - No more hybrid work option - As usual, upper management is out of touch—setting unrealistic goals and SLAs just to please the client.
