Pros
There is opportunity to work overtime, but if you can't do it sometimes due to family needs, they will fire you, so make sure you can always be available for the overtime if you work here.
Cons
Company culture is rather elitist with the special people separated from the grunts that work on the floor. Every month there is an employee of the month that is never someone from the floor. Management is negative and heavy handed, firing floor people often. Pay on the floor is low. Work is highly routine and boring. Very little room to grow and technicians that work on the floor can never work their way off of the floor. This place often hires engineering technicians but never hires them off of the floor. Very depressing place to work. The pay is low and raises are very small. To get a good employer rating the manager would coach people on what they should put on the form.
