Pros
I worked at Midas for over 10 year. The people that worked there were the most engaged and passionate employees. Management and the employees really cared about the franchisees and customers and the place felt like one big extended family.
Cons
Unfortunately the company was acquired in 2012 and the company headquarters were relocated to Florida. Most people did not go to the new offices. I am guessing that the culture is substantially different.
