      Pros

      Some good co workers. Difficult to find very many good points.

      Cons

      Horrible pay structure, 80% of a Tech's time spent on oil changes and tire changes. the labor bonus is not actual book time for most of the work. Management outright lied to me on soo many issues. Manager swore and yelled at employees some times in view and within hearing of customers. 10 hour days with a half hour lunch break, and no lunch breaks on Saturdays.

      Great learning experience, Commission possible, Bereavement and accruing Vacation/Sick time by days per year worked for Sick time/Years worked for Vacation

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
