Pros
I have been with the Katz Midas group for over 30 years - In that time they have developed into a company that is completely focused on it's people - and that includes doing right by their customers. I hired as an entry technician and with support, training and guidence from the family owners I am now a muti shop DM. The family atmosphare and completly open door policey for communication is something I have come to appreciate. I have interviewed many potential employees and I know from these interviews that Midas truely is a great company to work for.
Cons
The cons are what you them. You can not thrive in this team company if you want to be loner. You don't need to love everyone of your coworkers but you have to work towards the same goal as all employees which is to do quality repairs and make every customer feel like part of the Midas family
