The hours are ridiculous, and there is no guarantee you go home at closing time. You're expected to take every car right up until close, which means you stay late to finish. The pay is not great. Metrics used to gauge performance are absurd. Shops are old, equipment is outdated, upper management does not invest in them. Nothing is ever good enough for the company. They give you the sense that you should feel grateful to work for them and no gratitude is ever shown to the employees that run their stores and keep them in business.
