      Pros

      You’re allowed to pretty much pick your own schedule and have days off when you need them. Fairly chill environment, pretty fair workload, the VP, Ian Katz, is very friendly and approachable

      Cons

      Pay isn’t worth it after a while, the Katz owners are afraid to stand up to an employee that makes the job almost unbearable most days, management not the greatest. Quite a bit of unnecessary drama
