Pros
Some of co-workers are fun to work with/be around. You have 2 days off a week, sundays are a mandatory day off for everyone. Get to choose what day you wanted off when it came to Christmas and new years.
Cons
The GM is a total butt who cares about no one or nothing but himself! Doesn't care about any type of reason for anything that might happen. Its ALWAYS your fault. The owner never takes control of ANY situation at all when something comes up, the GM always jumps in the middle even if he wasn't part of it from the beginning. Corporate constantly tells the owner that NO ONE likes, gets along or feels comfortable around the GM and he still does nothing at all about it.
