      Pros

      This company is a very family friendly organization. Great hours for the type of buisness we are in with paid holidays and paid time off. Also one of the best health benefits and 401k program.

      Cons

      Working Saturdays is the only con I can think of but it's not bad when most other chains are open sundays.
