Pros
If you are in a stable market it's a fine place to work. There is training available. You are required to complete and it can only help you. Hours can be long but life balance can be achieved with the right team. You build a team remember, you are only as good as the people around you.
Cons
Assembling the team can be a chore but when it clicks, it is amazing. At one time not so long ago senior management were using a business model that was severely out of date (it is an employee market not employer market) but in recent years have come up with a more current plan that can benefit both employer and employees.
