      Pros

      Family owned, and operated. Honestly the best company I have worked in as many years. They strive on the family aspect of the job. As well as the home life balance for each one of there employee's.

      Cons

      Yes the work is hard but, it makes it easier when you now you have an owner that truely cares about there employee's.
