Franchisee was family owned - the owner was always accessible and there was absolutely zero bureaucratic red tape.
Cons
High pressure, high stress, and the high rate of managerial turn over made it really difficult to gain any kind of customer trust or loyalty. If you're into that sort of thing, it's fine.
