People are very friendly. Philanthropy is strong in Chicagoland community. Operations and Marketing team is fantastic.
Cons
Work life balance is horrible. No direction from leadership. Secretive meetings going on when you least expect it. No transparency. Non-empathetic mgmt team permeates.
