Pros
A long history, great production, and products. Milacron IS a good company to work for, very diverse. Overall, a lot of great people who DO care, and that are genuinely sincere, great to work with. Competitive pay & opportunity for those who work hard.
Cons
A select few favorites within HR that have corrupted the organization need to go. They make for a horrible work environment, have horrible reputations themselves, & overall cast a shadow on Milacron & their affiliates/subsidiaries. There is one individual that should have never been promoted, period. She is Milacron's cancer, and most would know who I'm referring to. There's that saying, "A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee, and the remainder to lose all motivation."
