      Pros

      The people on the shop floor are great to talk to. The company has most departments all under one roof, so you get to know a lot of coworkers.

      Cons

      The term "You are not good enough to work here" was used on more than one occasion to multiple people by management.

      From the interview process to the day to day work, this is an amazing place to be. Very family feel and everyone genuinely cares about each other and their success.

      Most of the "directors" at Milacron only care about themselves and how they will benefit. Unprofessional and rude.
