Pros

None that i can think of

Cons

-As soon as Govt of India announced Lockdown on 23th March 2020 this company was quick and proactive to announce a salary cut of 25%-35% across all levels, as if it was just waiting to cut the salaries citing the pandemic. It also furloughed handful of employees -The company has blatantly ignored all the advisories and norms that government of India and specially Prime Minister had urged the companies to adhere to during this difficult times to not cut salaries and not take out employees from payroll -Not only the company cut salaries , but also started putting increased pressure to work 15-16 hours of work daily and even on weekends -In short, the company takes full advantage of employees owing to the pandemic situation without having any regards to employees and families and adding instability to the financial situation of employees due to the huge cut -Even aviation employees where the aircrafts are grounded due to pandemic had cut salaries to the tune of 15% only. Wheras this company with all the clients intact had cut a huge percentage of salary from each and every employee simply to get more profits, totally shocking and shows lack of humanity that has percolated to all levels of the organization

Pros

Under Prem's leadership it was great, now it's garbage.

Cons

They were purchased by a hedge fund company and now it's about the bottom line instead of the people working there.
