Pros
The only thing that keeps the company going is the dedication of certain parts of the teams working on the projects, there are really talented, capable, and friendly people in there. This is the only "AAA" Video game company in Italy. Good place to start if you want to develop video games.
Cons
In short, the bigger problem is the CEO. He pretends to be also the producer of all the projects, the head of R&D, the head of the Art department, the Head of the QA and also the Marketing manager... Too bad he knows absolutely nothing about all those subjects. In addition he keep yelling, insulting and menace most of the people working to death to finish the insane projects he wants. HR department is absolutely not helpful. All the talented people are leaving, there is no future for this company beyond a couple of more years.
