Money benefits are OK. Paid holidays and a free bus pass for yourself. Work a lot by yourself while you Operate your bus on the routes
Cons
Promotions are based on who you know and not on how good of a job that you do. The only time you hear from management is when you screw-up. A lot of your time is spent waiting for a bus to bring you back to your station; on your own time.
