If you're someone who wants to work hard or be lazy, you'll find a job here! Free bus pass, and comparably good health insurance coverage.
Cons
You're sold a great job, only to discover the reality; bad relations between union and non-union, wages that haven't changed for non-union employees for over 4 years, and a general pessimistic attitude about the work environment. This used to be a great company, however once it became an entity of Milwaukee County, oversight changed. Upper management cannot make decisions without County's approval, and there is a significant lack of communication.
