Pros
Very few. Generally attracts a few very reliable people. Can be a very fun environment to work in, but those times are becoming rarer and rarer.
Cons
Parent company has no idea what to do. Probably won't exist outside of California, Arizona, and Colorado within the next year. No personal life whatsoever. Benefits are closer to the bottom rung of the corporate restaurant industry.
