Pros
I love the company, and I enjoy the work I do. I like the benefits. The perks are nice too: not having to go to an office is amazing. And the people that I work with on a daily basis are great.
Cons
Pay. I’m making 60% of the average US salary for my position according to Glassdoor. The last two years the maximum salary increases that Mindera will allow have been set to values less than inflation, so every employee us actually making less every year.
