Pros
It’s a small company so there is a strong sense of community. In my opinion, the pay for all positions is higher than most other industries.
Cons
There isn’t really any opportunity for advancement in the company. Somewhat typical of small companies, there just aren’t as many jobs. But also the company doesn’t really invest in defining career paths for employees.
