Pros
- great people, great atmosphere, no formalities - you don't have to dress up - horizontal structure - and the few bosses Mirada has are really close to the employees, without keeping distance - freedom of speech - you can say what you really think to the managers and noone will fire you or punish you for stepping up. Also, politically uncorrect jokes are a normal thing, so maybe it's not for sensitive people haha - good perks - something not common on Spanish job market - they review your salaries quite frequently - this is not something usual in Spain - it's fun, you bond with people around you and make friends - reduced hours during summer
Cons
- processes and organisational issues are sometimes very chaotic - if you deal with the client in Mexico you might have to work late some days
