I was interviewed by several different people and the whole process lasted a couple of hours.
First I was with the woman who had the title that I was going to occupy in her place. She explained to me what the job consisted of and we talked about the softwares she uses, my experience in similar positions and commissions, etc. Then she gave me a design challenge that I had to solve on the fly explaining how I would face it.
Next I was given a personality test where I had several groups of four adjectives each, where I had to select which of them I felt most identified with and which one less.
Then the head of my department and a woman of human resources came, and together they explained to me better the requirements of the position, the working conditions, salary, schedules, etc. They also asked me several questions, more "typical" of a traditional interview.
When we finished, they gave me a tour of the facilities and the place where my job would be.
To finish, I went with one of my future work colleagues to a room where, more than an interview, we had a brief talk about my opinion of the place and the position. I think in a way it was a compatibility interview, on a more social and relaxed level.
