      Pros

      A fun, agile, fast paced, high growth software company. Mirantis has some amazing huge companies that are very satisfied and great to use as references. At the same time it's a place where you can directly impact change, make decisions and make things happen for your customers.

      Cons

      If you can only survive in a bureaucracy, Mirantis is not for you. You need to be a self starter and make your own impact.
